Furthermore, it is essential to know the rules and positions for a better understanding and practice of this sport. Therefore, what are the four basic positions of football players on the field?

During the last practical class, the 3rd year high school students participated in an 'Ultimate Frisbee' tournament, an invasion sport that combines elements of American football, basketball, and soccer, requiring cooperation and team strategy to advance and score points. Considering the concepts of motion kinematics, where kinematics studies movement purely in terms of space and time, without considering the causes of that movement, the students observed that, to throw a frisbee, it is necessary to calculate the force and direction of the throw, taking into account the distance and wind speed. If a player wants to throw a frisbee, with a mass of 175 g, so that it travels a horizontal distance of 30 m and at a constant height of 2.5 m above the ground, disregarding air resistance and considering the local acceleration due to gravity as 9.8 m/s², what should be the initial velocity of the frisbee at the time of the throw? Additionally, suppose the player is able to apply a constant force to the frisbee during the throw. Calculate the initial velocity required to achieve this feat.
