Based on the reading of the excerpt from Luís Fernando Veríssimo's chronicle and considering the guidelines given about the objectives of this exercise, answer the following items: a) Identify and explain the elements of the excerpt that characterize this text as a chronicle. What are the linguistic resources employed by the author and how do they contribute to the construction of the chronicle genre? b) Imagine that you are a reporter and have the opportunity to interview the young adventurer from the chronicle. Develop the questions you would ask him, considering the characteristics and purposes of the printed report. Remember to consider the appropriate use of linguistic resources and adherence to the standard norm.
