1. Invite students to sit comfortably in their chairs, with their feet flat on the floor and their hands resting lightly on their knees.

2. Instruct learners to close their eyes and take deep breaths, inhaling through their noses and exhaling slowly through their mouths.

3. Begin guiding the meditation with a calm voice, prompting students to visualise a tranquil and safe place, such as an empty beach, a flower-filled field, or a peaceful forest.

4. Encourage them to focus on the sensations of that place, like a gentle breeze, the sounds of nature, and the warmth of the sun.

5. Remind students to keep their attention on their breath, inhaling and exhaling in a steady rhythm.

6. After a few minutes, guide students to slowly bring their attention back to the classroom by wiggling their fingers and toes and gently opening their eyes.

7. Conclude by thanking the students for their participation and highlighting the necessity of pausing and concentrating during learning.
