On the other hand, anorexia is a disorder in which the person is afraid of gaining weight and eats very little, which can harm their health. People with these disorders need help to learn how to have a balanced and healthy diet. Thinking about taking care of our body, write about what a balanced diet is and why it is important to maintain our health. Then, explain how families, schools, and governments can help children and adults learn to eat healthily and avoid eating disorders such as obesity and anorexia.

Imagine that you and your family went camping near a lake for the weekend. Looking at the lake, you remembered that the water there could have passed through many places and been in different forms. Think about the sun heating the lake water, it turning into vapor and rising to the sky, the clouds loaded with vapor, and then the rain falling back into the lake.
