Sometimes we can see people who eat a lot or very little and realize they are not healthy. This may be a sign that they have an eating disorder, such as obesity, which is when a person is overweight from consuming more food than their body needs. On the other hand, anorexia is a disorder in which the person is afraid of gaining weight and eats very little, which can harm their health. People with these disorders need help to learn how to have a balanced and healthy diet. Thinking about taking care of our body, write about what a balanced diet is and why it is important to maintain our health. Then, explain how families, schools, and governments can help children and adults learn to eat healthily and avoid eating disorders such as obesity and anorexia.

Imagine that our body is like a very large city, and the blood needs to reach all parts of this city to deliver oxygen and nutrients. The circulatory system is like the road network of this city, with the heart being the central pumping station and the veins and arteries being the avenues and streets through which the blood travels.
