When we make an audiovisual recording, we are saving a moment or a story to be able to see and hear again in the future. This could be a video of a birthday party, a musical performance at school, or even an animated drawing that we created. With that in mind, and considering the things we have learned about music and visual arts, describe a situation where you think it is important to make an audiovisual recording and explain why this recording is significant.

We all like different things, and often this also happens when we talk about drawings, paintings, or sculptures. Visual arts can make us think about various things, such as joy, sadness, love, or even about the place where we live. Have you ever drawn or painted something that made you remember something special or made you feel very happy? Tell me what you created and why it is important or special to you. I also want to know what you think other people might feel or think when they see what you created.

João and Maria are learning about rhythm and melody in their Art class. They have discovered that the games of 'Tug of War' and 'Hot Potato' can help understand these musical concepts. By pulling the rope in 'Tug of War', the children realize that the force exerted and the rhythm of the pulls can be compared to a music, where intensity and tempo are essential. In the game of 'Hot Potato', where a hot potato is passed from hand to hand until the music stops, they notice that the speed at which the potato is passed resembles the concept of melody, which is the succession of sounds organized at different pitches.
