Based on knowledge about colloids: a) classify the colloids of the above products (mayonnaise, gelatin, and toothpaste) according to their type: sol, gel, or emulsion; b) explain the role of emulsifying agents in the stabilization of emulsions and mention a substance frequently used as an emulsifier; c) point out an industrial or technological application in which colloids play an important role, justifying your choice.
