The Russian Revolution of 1917 marked the beginning of a new political and social era, resulting in the creation of the world's first socialist state. This occurred in the context of capitalism crises, major world conflicts, and the conflicts experienced in Europe. Considering this context, explain the relationship between World War I and the outbreak of the Russian Revolution, analyze the forms of violence (physical, symbolic, and psychological) used by the Bolsheviks to consolidate their power, and discuss the importance of selecting evidence and composing arguments from a variety of sources, such as historical documents and oral testimonies, in constructing a critical analysis of this historical period.
