If a player wants to throw a frisbee, with a mass of 175 g, so that it travels a horizontal distance of 30 m and at a constant height of 2.5 m above the ground, disregarding air resistance and considering the local acceleration due to gravity as 9.8 m/s², what should be the initial velocity of the frisbee at the time of the throw?
