After measuring the main street of the city, they found that its width is 40 meters. Now, the students need to calculate the width that the main street of the model should have, knowing that the scale used is 1:100. Additionally, they must determine the fraction that represents the width of the main street of the model in relation to the width of the real city street and simplify this fraction to the maximum, expressing it in its simplest form (i.e., without a common divisor between the numerator and the denominator).
