Some help take care of siblings, others help clean the classroom, and there are also those who participate in actions such as garbage collection on the street. Thinking about this, imagine that you are a historian studying the past of your community. How can you contribute to better understand the history of the place where you live and what would be your role compared to other members of your family and community in this process of historical discovery?

Your role would be that of a young investigator, collecting and organizing information to help preserve the collective memory of the place where you live.

As a historian, you could record the oral history of your community by interviewing people and documenting their past experiences.

Your role would be to create a local museum, gathering artifacts and documents to tell the history of your community.

As part of your historical research, you could write a book about the history of your community to share with others.

You could organize educational tours for your peers, showing historical sites and explaining their importance.
